The fact that it squeaks when she shakes it and it hits her body is a definite plus and she just shakes it harder. She pokes the tail with her nose and it squeaks. My dog loves to try to "destroy toys with squeakers" so if you have a dog that isn't as aggressive as this, I'm sure this toy would be great.
